Sedum in Snow Caps

Sedum is one of my favorite perennials. The plants look like little cabbages when they emerge in spring; the flowers change colors almost weekly in the summer, and then in the winter sedum lets the snow pile up, like a little hat. This variety is in my new front yard garden and has especially broad flower heads. It’s called ‘Maestro’.
